By accessing or using Pyksha.live to play chess online, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the platform.

2. User Conduct & Fair Play Policy

Pyksha.live is committed to maintaining a fair, competitive environment for all players.

• No Engine Assistance: The use of chess engines, bots, calculation software, or third-party assistance during ranked multiplayer games is strictly prohibited.
• No Abusive Behavior: Harassment, profanity, or toxic conduct in game chat, voice communications, or custom usernames will result in immediate moderation action.
• Enforcement: Violations of fair play rules may result in warning, rating forfeiture, temporary suspension, or permanent IP/account termination.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Pyksha.live is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised user credentials.

4. Intellectual Property & Open-Source Software

All custom platform branding, layout design, graphics, and code are protected by intellectual property laws. Offline computer engine features utilize the open-source Stockfish chess engine licensed under GNU GPL v3.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pyksha.live is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for match disruptions resulting from third-party network outages or internet connectivity loss.
